1. Use of the Platform

Red Pepe Arcade provides access to browser-based games, digital rewards, and subscription features.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not engage in:

• Fraudulent activity
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is compliant with local laws and regulations.

3. Wallets and Payments

Users may interact with the platform using:

• Blockchain wallets
• Fiat payment providers (e.g., MoonPay, Ramp, Pix)

All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

We are not responsible for:

• User wallet errors
• Incorrect addresses
• Lost funds due to user actions
• Delays or failures caused by blockchain networks

4. Payments and Onboarding

Red Pepe Arcade supports both Web3-native and traditional (Web2) onboarding methods.

Users may access the platform and purchase GamePass through:

• Direct blockchain payments using supported wallets
• Fiat payment providers that convert local currency into digital assets
• Regional payment methods such as Pix (Brazil)

For fiat payments (e.g., card or Pix), users may be required to:

• Complete identity verification (KYC) with the payment provider
• Follow the provider’s terms and conditions
• Use third-party interfaces to complete transactions

In certain cases, users may first receive digital assets in their wallet and must manually confirm a transaction to complete a purchase on the platform.

Red Pepe Arcade does not directly process fiat payments and does not store or handle users’ payment credentials.

5. GamePass and Purchases

GamePass grants access to premium features for a defined period (currently one (1) month from activation). Renewals are required to continue receiving GamePass benefits.

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Access may be revoked in cases of abuse or violation
• Pricing may vary depending on payment method or provider limitations

6. Refund Policy

All purchases made on Red Pepe Arcade are considered final.

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions and digital asset transfers, we are generally unable to reverse or refund completed payments.

We aim to provide a clear and transparent purchasing experience. Users are encouraged to review all details carefully before completing any transaction.

Refunds, if any, will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where required by applicable law.

7. Fair Use and Anti-Cheating Policy

Red Pepe Arcade is a competitive platform. Fair play is essential to maintain integrity and trust.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated gameplay tools
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics
• Manipulating scores, leaderboards, or game outcomes
• Interfering with platform functionality or other users’ experience
• Using modified clients or unauthorized software

We reserve the right to:

• Review gameplay data and user activity
• Remove scores or leaderboard placements
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Revoke GamePass access or rewards
• Disqualify users from competitions or payouts

These actions may be taken at our sole discretion to preserve fair competition.

8. Tournament Rules and Prize Distribution

Red Pepe Arcade may host competitions, tournaments, leaderboard-based rewards, and promotional events.

Specific rules, prize structures, and eligibility criteria for each event may vary and will be communicated separately within the platform.

At this stage, tournament formats, reward distribution models, and qualification requirements are subject to ongoing development and may be updated over time.

By participating in any competition or event, you agree that:

• Red Pepe Arcade reserves full discretion in determining winners and validating results
• Rewards and payouts may depend on factors such as rankings, participation, eligibility, and fair play verification
• Any suspected abuse, cheating, or violation of platform rules may result in disqualification from rewards

We reserve the right to:

• Modify tournament rules, prize structures, and eligibility requirements at any time
• Delay or adjust reward distribution if verification or review is required
• Cancel or modify events if necessary due to technical, operational, or regulatory reasons

Updated rules and details will be published as the platform evolves.

Participation in tournaments implies acceptance of the most current version of the rules at the time of participation.

9. Third-Party Services

We integrate third-party services for payments and infrastructure.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability
• Processing delays
• KYC/AML requirements imposed by providers
• Actions taken by payment providers

10. No Custody of Funds

Red Pepe Arcade does not custody user funds.

All transactions are initiated and authorized by the user through their own wallet or chosen payment provider.

11. Risk Disclosure

By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with blockchain technology and digital assets, including:

• Price volatility of cryptocurrencies
• Network congestion and transaction delays
• Smart contract risks and technical failures
• Loss of access due to wallet mismanagement

You understand that all transactions are irreversible and performed at your own risk.

The platform does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Pepe Arcade is not liable for:

• Loss of funds
• Service interruptions
• Technical issues
• Blockchain-related risks
• Third-party failures

14. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software associated with Red Pepe Arcade are owned by or licensed to the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without permission.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

16. Sanctions and Restricted Use

You may not use the platform if you are:

• Listed on any sanctions list maintained by governmental authorities (including but not limited to OFAC or EU sanctions lists)

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to such restrictions.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the platform where required by law or where we reasonably believe a user may be in violation of applicable sanctions.
